iRiS Lobby - Heddon Hotel app for iPhone and iPad

iRiS Lobby is intended to serve all the same functions as a hotel’s concierge.

The app provides your guests with detailed information on your hotel and the surrounding area, including current weather forecasts, transportation schedules and latest hotel offers. The application provides guests with unique options, including the ability to print directions to recommended restaurants as well as their airline boarding passes.

Strategically placed in the reception of any luxury hotel, iRiS Lobby can also serve as a powerful marketing tool for the hotel. Revenue opportunities are available through the promotion of various parts of the hotel within the app, including activities, spa treatments, tours and excursions, events, and dining options. iRiS Lobby can also be used to advertise external content.

Content and operations management is controlled through our cloud-based iRiS Manager, making updates to information easy and immediate.
